Initial Planning Ideas
These are just ideas that we came up for the opening title sequence. This includes rough ideas and an in depth idea. We did not go through with these ideas, and out idea we went through with is not on this page.

In deph Idea.
There are twin boys born and are separated at birth. They end up meeting later on when they are ten, only for the one parent to kill the other parent in front of one of the boys eyes. That boy goes insane and ends up in an asylum.
(Carol Clover had the theory that killers have issues in their childhood, and our issue is that our killer saw the murder of his parent and goes insane. So he ends up without a childhood, because he ends up in an asylum at a young age.)
Years later a scientist comes up with a drug for curing people of insanity. They decide to try it out on the teenage boy in the asylum. The drug goes horribly wrong and the boy... well monster now... kills all that are in the room.
(Linda Williams says that killers are like monsters of the classic horror. Our character becomes a monster due to the drug, so reinforces this idea.)
He ends up escaping the asylum. He starts to hunt down the other parent, but finds it hard. When he finds information, he ends up killing that victim.
(Dika had the idea of getting the killer to hunt down those who are guilty. Our killer will do this... but will also kill those who get in his way of the truth.)
The other twin hears of his brothers plot and finds a way to kill him, knowing that's the only way to stop his brother.
In the end the brother finds the monster of a twin and kills him... Or what he thought was him. The film ends with Project Grimdark darkly smiling as he kills his twin.
You will find out of the monsters past by he gets injected with the drug.
Grimdark was the boys last name when the family split up.
In our opening title sequence we have a female victim walking home at night. She will feel like there is someone following her. She hugs her jacket more to show that she is cold and has information. Every once in a while she hears a rustling sound and turns around. In the end she hears heavy breathing and turns to the source. She sees a boy in a hoody walk past. She sighs and turns back towards her destination and grimdark is there. He quickly advances towards her and stabs her repeatedly in the throat. Once she is dead, he goes into her coat and pulls out the information. The screen flashes white and goes to the title.
The victim will be wearing a white top to show that she is innocent. She will also be wearing a red jacket to show that she is in danger. The rest of her costume will be jeans and shoes any colour as it is the white and red that are important to the character. Grimdark will be wearing all dark colours so that he blends into the night.
( If the film carried on, we would then go to a flashback of the incident of how he became the monster.)
THE FILM IS NON-LINEAR, BUT THE OPENING TITLE SEQUENCE IS. SO WHAT YOU WILL WATCH IS LINEAR.
